1. Consultation & Site Review
We begin with a detailed consultation to understand your objectives, building conditions, timelines, and sector-specific requirements. A site survey is conducted to assess logistics and safety needs.
2. Specification & Planning
Working closely with your design team (or ours, if required), we finalise the materials, layout, systems, and finishes to be used. We plan sequencing and coordination with other trades to ensure minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
3. Mobilisation
We organise materials, labour, and access requirements in advance to ensure a smooth start on site. Health and safety protocols are implemented from day one.
4. Delivery
Our in-house teams carry out all works required – from partitioning and ceilings to joinery and finishes, all while adhering to agreed specifications and programme timelines. We provide regular progress updates and site coordination.
5. Quality Assurance & Handover
Once the works are complete, we carry out thorough snagging and quality checks before handover. As-built documentation, certifications, and fire safety records are provided where required.
