CCL Interiors is proud to have contributed to the delivery of Stead’s Place, Leith Walk a major residential redevelopment in the heart of Edinburgh.
This exciting project brings together modern, purpose-built homes for rent and affordable housing, alongside the refurbishment of a locally significant historic building. Designed to enhance the character of the area while meeting growing housing demand, Stead’s Place represents a key development within the city.
Supporting a Vibrant Community
The wider development will deliver around 150 new homes, alongside retail and commercial spaces that will contribute to the vibrancy of Leith Walk. Improved pedestrian links and integration with the surrounding area further strengthen the project’s long-term impact.

Our Scope of Works
CCL Interiors was proud to deliver a range of key packages on the project, including:
- Steel Framing System (SFS)
- External insulation and Ancon channel
- Internal partitions
- Steel encasement
- Suspended ceilings
Each package was delivered with precision and care, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance throughout.
