Andrew Montgomery - Managing Director

Andrew has more than 25 years of experience working at CCL Interiors. His career at CCL started with the overseeing and managing of the on-site client projects together with handling the technical aspects of the installation of ceilings.

With the speedy development of his skill level and expertise in the field together with his understanding of the construction industry in Northern Ireland, Andrew played a significant role in managing existing and new client contracts.

Andrew was promoted to Director in 1997 and since then has helped successfully oversee CCL Interior’s business development and growth strategy. As a result of the continued success company benefited from under his Directorship, Andrew became Managing Partner in 2000.

As well as overseeing and managing the day-to-day running of CCL Interiors, Andrew focusses a great deal of his time on optimising the process of the procurement of materials for contract service delivery. In addition, Andrew is responsible for other key aspects of contract management including pricing, budget and measured terms so that CCL Interiors continues to deliver the highest quality and standard of client service with a real focus on optimisation and efficiency.

Shaw Montgomery - Director

Shaw joined CCL Interiors in 2002 and has a wealth of experience in the construction industry. Providing an exceptional customer experience through initial contact to project completion, Shaw has an extensive knowledge of all products, services and materials together with the ability to assess the value of engineering projects to help meet project deadlines. Shaw’s focus on a daily basis is to deliver the highest quality and standard of service to the company’s clients on time and within budget

Shaw began his career in the construction industry whilst still studying at Heriot-Watt University to complete a BSc Degree with Honours in Building Surveying. Employed as building surveyor working for Mason Land Surveys, Shaw picked up valuable experience delivering surveying solutions to clients specifically in the banking sector.

Following the academic stage of his career, Shaw worked as far afield as Australia for a division of Multiplex. Shaw has also an extensive portfolio of charity work projects including Sport Relief – for under-privileged children in Townships of George, South Africa.

Joining CCL interiors in 2002, Shaw’s experience and expertise led him to be made Director in 2005. Since this promotion, the company has benefitted from a series of new business wins and a new approach to its business development strategy. In addition, CCL interiors has penetrated new markets in mainland UK and The Isle of Man and, as a result in this growing demand for CCL Interiors products and services, the company now also has an office in the Northeast of England
